He established the governance frameworks, Stage Gate reviews, methodology playbooks, and executive dashboards that improved on-time delivery by 30%, lifted reporting accuracy and departmental productivity by 40%, and cut project delays by 25% through disciplined capacity planning and resource forecasting.
His delivery background spans Salesforce program leadership (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom app and plug-in development, six-plus years of hands-on administration), global infrastructure and data-migration programs at Halliburton and Hewlett Packard, and public-sector compliance programs at Harris County Department of Education — with governance modeled on OMB A-11, OMB A-123, and FITARA standards and an ISO 9001:2015-aligned QMS.
